Necklace length affects how a pendant sits on your body. Use the chart below to find the right length for your style.

How to Measure

Take a necklace you already own that sits where you'd like.
Lay it flat and measure the full length from end to end.
Or wrap a string around your neck at your desired length, then measure the string.

Tips for Choosing Necklace Length

For cremation pendants: 18"–22" is most popular — keeps the pendant close to your heart while remaining visible.
For layering: Choose lengths at least 2" apart (e.g., 16" and 20").
For larger pendants: Longer chains (20"+) balance the visual weight.
Consider your frame: Petite builds may prefer 16"–18"; larger frames often suit 20"+.

Font Selection Chart

Use this guide to choose the perfect engraving style for your piece. If you're designing a graphic, the "Example Font File" column shows which fonts to select on your computer to showcase each style.

1. Classic Block	Clean, modern, and highly legible. All letters are separate.	Dates, coordinates, and inside-ring engraving.	Arial, Helvetica, or Futura
2. Traditional Serif	Timeless and formal. Letters have small feet (serifs).	Initials, Roman numerals, and memorial pieces.	Times New Roman or Garamond
3. Elegant Script	Romantic and flowing. Looks like calligraphy.	Names and short words (e.g., "Love", "Forever").	Monotype Corsiva or Edwardian Script
4. Modern Handwriting	Casual and personal. Looks like a pen stroke.	Short phrases and friendship jewelry.	Caveat or Bradley Hand

⚠️ Important Note on Script Fonts: We do not recommend using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS for Script or Handwriting fonts, as they become difficult to read. For the best look, use "Title Case" (e.g., Sarah instead of SARAH).

Engraving Guidelines

Make it yours. Personalize your piece with names, dates, initials, short phrases, or meaningful words. Our engraving works beautifully for memorial pieces, gifts, and keepsakes.

What Can Be Engraved

Pendants & Charms: Up to 15 characters recommended.
Rings (Inside Band): Up to 20 characters.
Larger Pieces: Up to 30 characters.

Note: The more characters you include, the smaller the text will appear.

How to Add Your Engraving

Select your engraving option and font style on the product page.
Enter your text exactly as you want it engraved.
Review capitalization, punctuation, and spacing carefully.

Formatting Tips

Dates: We recommend formats like "01.15.2024" or "Jan 15, 2024".
Names: Double-check spelling before submitting.
Symbols: Hearts (♥) and infinity symbols (∞) are available! Just type "heart" or "infinity" in the text box, and we will add the symbol for you.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. To restore shine, gently rub with the polishing cloth included in your order. For detailed pieces, use a soft toothbrush with warm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly.

Bronze & Brass

Our bronze and brass pieces are designed to develop a rich, aged patina. To maintain the original finish, rub gently with the included polishing cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.

Stainless Steel

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Stainless steel is highly durable and resistant to tarnish.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes! We stand behind our craftsmanship. If any defect in materials or workmanship occurs, simply contact us and we'll repair or replace your piece. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches from use, or damage from improper care or storage.

How do I use the polishing cloth?

Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you create custom pieces?

We're not able to take custom orders at this time. However, we're always adding new designs—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

We ship worldwide from Victoria, BC, Canada. US orders ship free. International orders ship for a $12 flat rate to Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and most other countries. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you don't receive one within 72 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. Engraved Items do not apply
